Gym Building Update (March 22, 2024)
The updates of progress this week at the site are exciting to report. Week ended 3/21/2024
The ceiling on the main gymnasium is just about complete. This is put on as a safety measure so when the roof goes on, which starts next week, the workers have additional fall protection. This is an exciting milestone.
Concurrent with that the Foard Panel company finished the insulated siding 5 feet high around the building (2 feet high at the lobby). Another significant milestone. This prepares the way for the stone veneer to go on in the next few weeks.
As your owners representative I have been working on schedules with the site excavation company, Bell Excavation, to ensure a smooth transition from winter to spring to summer conditions and the preparing on the exterior of the building for final grading and prepare for loam and paving in the summer.
