Gym Building Update (April 19, 2024)
Glad to report the work effort at St. Methodios gym project for week ended April 19, 2024.
We have had an excellent week of working even though there have been some scattered showers.
Crews from Budel Construction were on site all week. The stone on the outside of the building has commenced and is approximately 30% complete. It really makes the building look proud.
The steel erectors have finished the east side of the roof on the main building and have finished 25 % of the west side of the roof this week. Roofing continues next week.
We are preparing for the return of our site contractor to finish all the exterior parking lot area and backfill of the building. They will then begin the interior excavation (backfill) in preparation for final concrete floor.
