Gym Building Update (April 26, 2024)
Glad to report the work effort at St. Methodios gym project for week ended April 25, 2024.
Beatuful spring weather continues to be a blessing and we are making great progress on the frame and exterior finishes of your buildng.
Crews from Budel Construction were on site all week. The stone on the outside of the building continues and is approximately 50% complete.
The steel erectors have finished the east side of the roof on the main building and have finished 75 % of the west side of the roof this week. Roofing continues next week.
We are preparing for the return of our site contractor to finish all the exterior parking lot area and backfill of the building. They will then begin the interior excavation (backfill) in preparation for final concrete floor.
